## About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support product quality and manufacturing processes. This role is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet company, customer, and regulatory quality requirements. The Quality Engineer will work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to identify and resolve quality issues, improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and drive continuous improvement.

## What they're looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone/Ishikawa, FMEA, Control Plans, and SPC
- Experience developing and maintaining process and product quality standards
