## About the role

We are hiring a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to help ensure fresh vegetables and produce meet quality, food safety, customer, and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for inspecting incoming shipments, monitoring product throughout inventory, performing outbound quality checks, and documenting inspection results. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

## What they're looking for

- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of quality inspection, produce inspection, food quality, or related experience preferred
- Produce, food distribution, agriculture, or refrigerated warehouse experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety principles
- Basic understanding of fresh fruit and vegetable quality standards and labeling requirements preferred
