## What they're looking for

- Own the operational execution for an assigned partner portfolio: configuration, file feeds, billing, integrations, and reporting
- Lead implementations and ongoing operational work for new and existing partners, coordinating internally to keep commitments on track
- Run partner-level escalations to resolution, looping in Partner Sales, Product, Client and Data Operations, or Customer Success as needed
- Own account/partner business review prep and delivery for your portfolio
- Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for partner and partner-customer stakeholders
- Partner closely with Partner Sales, Client and Data Operations, Product, and Customer Success to keep partnerships running smoothly and flag risk early
