## About the role

We're hiring a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design features and experiences as we scale our product experience. This is a high-ownership, high-execution role for a designer who wants to continue building strong fundamentals: taking a feature from problem framing through shipped experience, working within an established design system, and partnering closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of product design experience
- Exceptionally strong hands-on design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership and designs
- Strong experience designing complex workflows, multi-step processes, or system-heavy products
- Comfortable working within and extending an existing design system rather than starting from scratch
- Experience partnering directly with Product. Engineers, and stakeholders to scope, define, and ship features
- Strong communication skills, and comfortable giving and receiving direct critique
