## About the role

• Lead the product design function collaborating closely with Leadership, Engineering, Product and Marketing teams • Design the full user journey for Symbiotic's product stack making onchain complexity legible and optimising for clean user flows. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- Deep on-chain fluency: wallets, approvals, signing, gas, transaction lifecycle, chain latency — and a working understanding of how each one constrains what's designable
- You've shipped a DeFi product to real users, and you can point to it
- A portfolio showing end-to-end product work — systems-level thinking alongside obsessive detail
- Track record of operating autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with limited oversight
- Comfortable without scaffolding: no design team, no design system to inherit, no one queuing your work
- You run your own research rather than waiting for it to be handed to you
