## About the role

We're hiring a Manager, Licensing & Credentialing to lead our licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment function. You'll combine operational leadership and direct ownership of complex, high-priority licensing and credentialing workflows (including the full provider onboarding and offboarding process and license pathway determinations) with day-to-day leadership of our L&C team. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience in state provider licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment/revalidation workflows
- 2-3+ years of team leadership or people management experience managing a licensing and credentialing team or operational function
- Solid understanding of the broader U.S. healthcare landscape: payers, regulatory environment, and care delivery models within telehealth
- Working knowledge of compact licensure pathways (IMLC, PSYPACT, NLC, APRN Compact)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with comfort owning ambiguous, detail-heavy processes independently
- Familiarity with credentialing/licensing tracking software and CAQH/PECOS
