This is a ground-floor opportunity to join the early team supporting a financial technology platform that sits at the intersection of direct indexing, wealth management, financial data, and client experience.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, communications, data analytics, investment management, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, client service, financial services, fintech, wealth management, investment management, client success, operations, sales support, QA/testing, or a related role
- Strong interest in finance and investment management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and comfort working through client questions or issues
