## About the role

We’re looking for a high-impact Revenue Enablement Manager to facilitate and continuously improve our new hire onboarding program for North America. This role will be responsible for managing an exceptional onboarding experience that equips new hires with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to ramp quickly and become productive members of the revenue organization.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, training, learning and development at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong live facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence a room
- Experience delivering onboarding, training, or learning programs for sales, customer success, or other customer-facing teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and operational rigor, with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences
- Strong instructional design capabilities with experience building thoughtful, learner-centered content, translating dense material into clear, usable resources
