## About the role

The Solutions Manager for Creative Design will lead the service delivery for our creative design offerings, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and value. This role is central to guiding clients through the adoption of our multimedia instructional solutions, digital design projects, and visual communication content, making sure they leverage our full suite of services for maximum impact.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in project management are a plus
- Proven experience in client services management. Creative design services experience is a plus
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects is essential
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to translate client needs into actionable plans. Experience in using data and feedback to drive continuous service improvement and content effectiveness
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading projects that meet or exceed client expectations
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams at all levels. Experience in crafting and delivering content using various multimedia formats is highly desirable
