## About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to build and manage SyntheticFi’s key relationships across the wealth management ecosystem.

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrated success building, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships with enterprise organizations, including large financial institutions and senior executive stakeholders
- Strong strategic judgment, with the ability to identify and execute partnerships that create long-term value across product development, operational processes, market position, and general company growth
- Experience owning a major product category, strategic partnership portfolio, enterprise distribution channel, business line, or comparable function, with broad responsibility across multiple client and partner types
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate complex enterprises
- Operating independently with a high degree of ownership and representing SyntheticFi externally in a fast-moving startup environment
