## What they're looking for

- Lead web strategy and development for Sysdig's corporate website: site architecture, technical execution, platform management, and the roadmap for performance and experience
- Own the conversion rate optimization and user experience strategy for the site, using GA4 and behavioral data to guide decisions and prioritize development work
- Lead and mentor an internal web developer, directly overseeing technical execution, code quality, and day-to-day delivery
- Manage the site's technical foundation: architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and CMS/platform health
- Report on web performance to marketing leadership
