## About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and drive a portfolio of products and enhancements focused on payment reconciliation, settlement, and reporting. This person will translate business and operational needs into a clear product roadmap, maintain and prioritize the Jira backlog, and manage work through engineering delivery. The role includes new and enhanced transaction reporting, settlement-related processes, and capabilities that help identify and resolve reconciliation issues.

## What they're looking for

- Five to seven years of overall professional experience, including two to three years working with financial or payments products
- Experience owning a product roadmap and managing work from initial requirements through engineering delivery
- Strong experience maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs in Jira
- Experience working in an Agile product-development environment, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release planning
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams and managing sprint execution and delivery
- Ability to translate complex business, operational, and financial needs into clear product requirements
