## About the role

The pay range for this position is $105,000 for base pay; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits as listed below, dependent on the position offered. This position is hybrid 3 times a week in our Palo Alto office.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 3–5+ years of software QA engineering experience, ideally in a fast-paced fintech, payments, or operations-heavy environment
- API & UI Testing: Solid experience testing Web/UI applications and REST APIs (using tools like Postman, Bruno, or similar)
- Database Proficiency: Hands-on experience writing SQL queries to verify data, inspect database state, and perform backend validation
- Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to perform root-cause analysis on complex operational or build-level issues
- Process Governance: Familiarity with standard SDLC processes, change control frameworks, and deployment checklists
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to act as a bridge between Operations, QA, and Engineering
