## About the role

Tabs is hiring a Solution Architect to design custom workflows, integrations, and platform extensions for our most complex, highest-value customers. When a use case doesn't fit the product, you're the person who figures out what's possible, what needs to be built, and how it all connects, then designs a solution Product Delivery, Implementation, and Engineering can actually deliver. The patterns you define and the tradeoffs you make shape customer outcomes and the product's long-term direction.

## What they're looking for

- You're proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity. You build the plan, socialize it, and drive it forward — without waiting for someone else to define the process
- Experience in solutions architecture, forward-deployed engineering, implementation engineering, technical project management, or a similar role where you owned the design of customer-facing solutions
- Experience designing integrations across multiple systems (ERPs, CRMs, billing, payments, tax, or similar), ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B environments
- Track record of surfacing customer and field signal to influence product and engineering priorities
- Strong cross-functional communicator with experience partnering across GTM, Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders
- Comfort operating in a startup environment with imperfect requirements, evolving priorities, and high customer expectations
