## About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer who has spent significant time operating at the CFO level, including meaningful experience as a CFO within a bank or financial institution. This is not a traditional accounting-focused CFO role. The right person will be equally comfortable with financial strategy, banking economics, capital, risk, regulatory environments, board and investor management, and the day-to-day financial decisions required to operate a rapidly growing financial institution. - Prior experience as the CFO of a bank or comparable regulated financial institution is required
