This role sits between our enterprise sales team and our account managers. You'll guide the client through the pilot phase, keep every moving part on track, and hand off a live, healthy account to the AM who will own it from there.

- You write well. Not fancy, just clear. When you send an update, people know what's happening and what they need to do
- You're comfortable talking to clients. You can set expectations, deliver an update that isn't what someone wanted to hear, and keep a conversation professional without being stiff
- You see where the process is broken and want to fix it. When something is manual and repetitive, your instinct is to document it and make it repeatable
- You pick up new products quickly. You don't need to be technical, but you need to be willing to understand how things work well enough to coordinate around them
