## About the role

The selected candidate will serve as a Contracts Specialist / Senior Business Affairs Specialist in the Take-Two offices in New York City supporting Take-Two and its publishing labels, with a focus on contract management. Candidate must possess critical thinking skills and strong business acumen, and be extremely organized, great at multi-tasking, proactive and able to engage in complex work, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements and creating databases of contractual terms and provisions.

## What they're looking for

- College degree
- Strong academic background and excellent critical thinking skills
- Six or more years of experience as a contracts manager, paralegal or similar role focused on drafting and reviewing legal agreements
- Ability to work with contract management software, such as Ironclad or other similar systems
- Must be tech-savvy, with a grasp of AI legal offerings or a proven ability to quickly learn new software applications, including AI software such as Gemini, Harvey, and similar tools
- Demonstrated ability over your career to handle progressively more complex contract drafting and similar tasks, with a commensurate demonstrated rise in business judgment
