## About the role

The selected candidate will be responsible for business affairs legal work for a dynamic entertainment company and will work closely with internal business clients and senior in-house counsel. This position will negotiate, draft, and track a high-volume of legal agreements relating to entertainment, technology, intellectual property and related matters. This is a unique opportunity within the Business Affairs team to work across multiple practice areas and gain a broad knowledge of the videogame business.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5+ years experience in-house or within a law firm
- Expertise in contracting issues, with excellent drafting skills
- Experience with complex corporate or intellectual property transactions, including content creation, production, clearance, marketing and distribution
- Experience with entertainment or technology matters, or significant corporate experience with a strong desire to transition to entertainment and technology matters
- Must have the ability and desire to evaluate and advise on complex agreements and contractual issues
- Must possess common sense, patience, good humor, and a commitment to teamwork
