## About the role

● Day-to-day case management of routine business immigration matters in the United States and Canada, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, and I-140 petitions (US), along with Canadian work permit applications and employment-based Permanent Residence applications ● Initiate and track matters with external counsel for new hires, intra-company transfers, labor certifications, and employment-based immigrant applications

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2-3 years of Canadian and US immigration law experience
- In-house legal experience highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
