## About the role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join Take-Two’s global HRBP team. Reporting to the Vice President of HR Business Partners, this role provides expert HR counsel, coaching, and thought partnership to leaders and employees across our global footprint, while driving people strategies that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness.

## What they're looking for

- Direct HR Business Partner experience, preferably within fast-growing, global technology, media, or entertainment companies
- Demonstrated experience partnering across multi-location and/or global teams supporting tech and non-tech functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- HR professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred but not required
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization
