## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the gaming, technology, or high-growth entertainment industries
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical, product, or leadership roles in a highly competitive market
- Deep expertise in various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted passive candidate engagement
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, conversion rates) to inform strategies
- High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Greenhouse is a plus
