## About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join us as a foundational hire, spearheading the growth and success of our presence in Austin. This role will be a dual-vertical recruiter to drive full life cycle recruiting processes for both Technology and Media Services (TMS) and General & Administrative (G&A) corporate functions as needed.

## What they're looking for

- Extensive experience (5+ years) performing full life cycle recruiting supporting diverse corporate functions, with a preference for prior experience in gaming, entertainment, media/creative or technology industries
- 2+ years of experience hiring technical talent in the Austin Market
- Proven experience recruiting for high-growth teams across various technical, general administration, and technology functions globally
- Proven ability to thrive in a self-directed environment, balancing multiple strategic talent priorities while maintaining a high standard of candidate care
- Ability to successfully manage through rapid organizational evolution and contribute to the transition toward a centralized Global Shared Service model
- Demonstrate commitment as a strong partner to the broader HR organization, collaborating effectively across teams to support shared goals
