We're building a marketing function that earns attention. Earlier this year, we placed a lobster on Wall Street that got more people talking than any ad we could have run - and that's exactly the kind of thinking we want more of. We're looking for a Senior Field & Executive Marketing Manager who has the creative instincts to dream up what Taktile's next memorable moment looks like, the project management discipline to make it happen, and the analytical rigour to measure what works and what does not.

## What they're looking for

- Define where Taktile shows up and what we do when we get there - from our presence at Money20/20 and Fintech Meetup to intimate executive dinners and owned flagship moments
- Bring creative ideas on how to make Taktile unforgettable: what's the concept, the surprise, the thing attendees tell their colleagues about the next morning
- Track and report on pipeline influenced, opportunities sourced, and deal acceleration attributable to field programs - and use this to influence strategy and focus
- 3–5 years of relevant experience : in marketing, events, creative project management, or a related field — exceptional matters more than years on paper
- Creative instincts and taste : you know what a remarkable event feels like and you're not afraid to pitch a bold idea
- Project management discipline : you run multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls, even under pressure, and you build systems so nothing falls through the cracks
