## About the role

We're looking for a Visual Brand Designer with strong creative flair to help shape how Tala looks, feels, and shows up in the world. You'll translate business strategy and brand attributes into a cohesive, compelling brand identity and systems, owning everything from logo, color, and typography to photographic and illustration style. This role is pivotal to maintaining brand integrity across our organization and ensuring every touchpoint reflects a consistent, intentional visual identity.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, animation, or illustration
- Proven command of design principles, typography, color theory, and conceptual thinking
- Track record of managing brand identity and designing visual systems, experience with technology brands highly favored
- International experience preferred, either working on a US brand or regional multinational brands where you have translated ideas and design across cultures
- Strong skills in graphic design, plus either 2D animation or illustration
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
