## What they're looking for

- Design end-to-end user experiences across web, iOS, and Android — from early concept and user flows through wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready design files
- Help prepare our design system for emerging AI-assisted workflows by improving component structure, naming conventions, tokens, and documentation
- Experiment with emerging AI-powered design and development tools to understand how they can support design-to-code workflows
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to scope, design, and ship new features and funnels, as well as improvements to existing customer-facing product lines
- Design and support conversion and growth experiments (e.g., onboarding, sign-up, and checkout flows) as well as features that drive engagement and retention and reduce churn
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and maintain organized, up-to-date design files and documentation
