## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience
- PHR, SPHR or other HR-related certifications strongly preferred
- 12 years’ progressive experience developing, implementing, and measuring Employee Benefit programs globally that support company business objectives
- 5 years’ leading teams of Employee Benefits
- Strong knowledge of Self-funded Insurance Plans, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA Workers Compensation, Unemployment, Disability, financial savings, and paid time off programs and related state and federal regulations with multi-state and global employer experience
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office applications
