## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 10+ years of related experience in marketing, product marketing, or product management
- 7+ years of leadership experience with visibility to senior management, including experience managing managers
- Demonstrated experience in product marketing, portfolio strategy, or commercial leadership within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry
- General understanding of the diabetes industry is highly preferred
- Demonstrated success as a cross-functional leader with strong knowledge of healthcare from provider, patient, and manufacturer perspectives
