## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, User Experience, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience
- At least 7 years of relevant industry experience, including experience with enterprise web content management systems
- Preferred experience managing and publishing online marketing content for regulated products or industries, including familiarity with healthcare privacy policies and legal compliance guidelines
- Experience managing global, multilingual systems and applications for varied user audiences, including patients, providers, and caregivers
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Understanding of web design principles and best practices for website usability and UX/UI
