Tandem Diabetes Care creates new possibilities for people living with diabetes, their loved ones, and their healthcare providers through a positively different experience. On-Site: This role is on-site five days a week at our San Diego Manufacturing Facility due to the nature of the work involved.

## What they're looking for

- Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred, in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Business Operations, Information Systems, in related field or combination of equivalent education and applicable work experience
- Internship, co-op, project coordination, product launch, regulated-industry, data-management, or manufacturing experience, preferred
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations, including understanding how manufacturing teams interact to support production
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, ability to learn product lifecycle management, enterprise resource planning, document control, and project tracking systems
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to review product, SKU, and launch information for accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage assigned activities across multiple concurrent software releases and SKU implementations
