## About the role

Taxbit is seeking a Global Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale our customer marketing function globally. As a critical player in our marketing strategy, you will engage our customers worldwide, and amplify Taxbit’s position as the trusted partner for global tax compliance.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, with a focus on customer marketing or content marketing preferably in fintech
- Proven ability to develop compelling customer narratives that translate complex products into clear business value
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Subject Matter Experts
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and content development skills with a bias for clarity and simplicity
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with the digital asset, fintech, or financial services ecosystem is strongly preferred
