## About the role

Own US and global benefits administration end to end, including health, dental, vision, life, and voluntary plans across our US, UK, Canada, and EOR markets, from new-hire enrollment through terminations with accurate, timely data in the HRIS Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, resolving issues and guiding employees through their plan options, and manage relationships with benefits providers to ensure accurate billing, contract compliance, and quality service
