## About the role

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution for your areas of the Parts Management and AI module, with accountability for customer outcomes and business impact in alignment with company goals and the broader Fixed Operations roadmap. • Lead, mentor, and grow Product Managers by setting clear goals, providing regular coaching, and building product judgment and execution skills across the team.

## What they're looking for

- • 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives
- • Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, catalog management, order management, or order fulfillment, including experience building AI-native solutions
- • 2+ years of experience leading teams with direct people management responsibility
- • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product strategy from concept through delivery
- • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable product plans
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
