## About the role

​Partners with People Business Partners and business leaders to deliver strategic compensation guidance for offers, promotions, reorganizations, and retention planning. ​Leads complex job evaluations and market pricing activities using industry surveys and internal benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices.

## What they're looking for

- 5–7 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR business partnering with a compensation focus
- ​Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- ​Deep knowledge of compensation tools, market surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer), and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday)
- ​Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- ​Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- ​Familiarity with compensation regulations (FLSA, Pay Equity, Transparency Laws)
