## About the role

Defines and leads the company’s global tax strategy, including planning, compliance, and audit defense across all jurisdictions. Oversees Global Tax Operations, including income tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and tax provision under ASC 740.

## What they're looking for

- 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, including extensive international exposure and leadership responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA and/or Master’s in Taxation required
- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, ASC 740, OECD guidelines, global tax laws, and transfer pricing principles
- Proven success in shaping enterprise tax strategies, leading global teams, and navigating complex audits
- Advanced knowledge of tax technologies and ERP systems (e.g., OneSource, SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
