## About the role

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale product learning programs across multiple • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams to align learning strategy

## What they're looking for

- Expert-level proficiency in Tekion DMS platform, or related automotive retail software (or demonstrated ability to rapidly master complex industry-specific systems)
- Hands-on experience with VILT delivery platforms (Zoom, WebEx, GoToTraining, or similar) and ability to facilitate engaging virtual sessions
- Comfort troubleshooting product issues during live training and coaching participants through workflows in real time
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms and ability to support content management and learner tracking systems
- Understanding of enterprise software configuration, user roles, permissions, and how product changes impact end-user workflows
- Experience training across multiple product domains or functional areas (e.g., both front-office and back-office systems)
