## About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join a team building technology with real-world impact. You will work on cutting-edge 100,000-pound autonomous robots and engineer complex systems at the intersection of hardware, software, robotics, and AI. As a Senior Vehicle Systems Integration Engineer, you will own the architectural integrity and field robustness of Teleo’s autonomy retrofit system across multiple heavy equipment platforms.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical, mechatronics, or vehicle systems engineering roles
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-disciplinary hardware systems from architecture through deployment
- Strong experience designing systems for harsh environments (automotive, construction, aerospace, military, or similar)
- Extensive experience integrating high-power compute platforms in vehicle environments
- Deep understanding of harness architecture, connector selection, grounding, shielding, and power distribution
