## What they're looking for

- Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent military technical training (e.g., Navy Nuclear, Avionics)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, testing, or maintenance, with at least 2 years specifically working with high power (>10kW) or high voltage (>600V) systems
- Proficiency in using advanced electrical test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, megohmmeters (meggers), hi-pot testers, and power analyzers
- Strong understanding of power conversion topologies (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC)
- Ability to solder to IPC-J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 standards
- Demonstrated knowledge of high voltage safety practices, OSHA electrical safety standards, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
