## What they're looking for

- Currently enrolled undergraduate in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field, with at least two semesters of relevant coursework completed
- Strong Excel. You should be comfortable building a model from a blank sheet, not only editing someone else's, and familiar with three-statement mechanics
- Precision with numbers and the habit of checking your own work before it goes anywhere
- Availability of 15–20 hours per week during the academic term on a consistent weekly schedule
- Clear written communication — you will write commentary that management and investors read
- Coursework or prior exposure to manufacturing or cost accounting
