## What they're looking for

- Minimum 5 years of eLearning development, multimedia, or graphic/video design experience in a professional setting
- Comfortable writing and maintaining technical/course documentation, scripts, and captions for course and video deliverables
- Familiarity with the full product delivery life cycle: requirements analysis, design, testing, implementation
- B.A./B.S. in graphic design, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, or comparable experience
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360 (or Adobe Captivate), plus Adobe Creative Cloud and Camtasia
- Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote) for fast-turnaround, executive-ready decks in addition to core Adobe Creative Cloud work
