## What they're looking for

- Pursuing a M.S., or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, etc
- Experience in statistical analysis (probabilities, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, time series analysis, predictive modeling, A/B experiments, etc.)
- Experience with building complex data products and machine learning systems on large datasets preferred. Hands on experience on fraud detection is a plus
- Proficient in Python and SQL. Solid understanding of modern AI/LLM and hands-on experience applying them to real-world problems is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, execution capabilities, and keen business acumen
- Passionate about games and the gaming industry. Gaming experiences in FPS/TPS is a plus
