- Experience as a Producer, Director, or equivalent role in film, television, digital media, or AI-generated content platforms
- Strong understanding of key international markets content culture and audience preferences
- Established network across content creation ecosystems, including production, creator communities, or AIGC-related networks
- Proven track record of producing or overseeing content that has reached meaningful scale (film festivals, streaming platforms, social platforms, or other distribution channels)
