## What they're looking for

- 0-1 AI Experience: Demonstrated success in taking at least one complex AI-driven cybersecurity product from initial idea to successful market adoption
- Deep LLM & AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of how LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and RAG pipelines can be leveraged to automate security analyst workflows
- Cybersecurity Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in threat detection, MDR, and security operations, with the ability to translate technical AI capabilities into security outcomes
- Product Leadership: 8+ years of experience in Product Management within the cybersecurity or AI space, with a bias for technical products and high-growth environments
- Communication: Ability to articulate a clear product vision and complex technical concepts to both executive stakeholders and technical individual contributors
