Tensec is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to design and ship the products our customers actually touch. Dealing with transactions and compliance across borders adds a level of complexity most industries never face — and we believe smarter infrastructure and thoughtful design can change that. Here are some of the challenges you could help us tackle: Reimagine cross-border compliance & operations : automate painful manual processes and make teams far more productive

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with hands-on full-stack delivery — modern frontend frameworks plus API development and database design
- A track record of shipping products to real end users and iterating based on their feedback
- Proven experience with popular frameworks, React and Node.js (or comparable) a plus
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms, CI/CD, and monitoring tools
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) — and enthusiasm for using them to ship faster and better
- A stack-agnostic mindset and the versatility to quickly learn and adapt
