## About the role

We’re looking for a Director of Global Data Center Construction to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading our global data center construction program, overseeing the delivery of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of AI infrastructure projects while ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

## What they're looking for

- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex industrial or critical infrastructure construction programs
- 7+ years of experience in the hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility sector
- Proven expertise in large-scale contract negotiation (e.g., Guaranteed Maximum Price - GMP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
