## About the role

The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, Data Center Build and Design is the program leadership seat for how TensorWave builds data centers.

## What they're looking for

- 8 to 12 years in technical program management or delivery leadership, with at least 2 to 3 years managing people
- Direct ownership of data center design and construction delivery at scale. Multiple concurrent sites, or a large multi-phase campus, taken from design through commissioning and into service
- Demonstrated command of stage gate delivery governance. You have run a gate framework, and ideally built or materially rebuilt one, with written entry criteria and decision records rather than status meetings
- Personal fluency in schedule logic at Primavera P6 grade or equivalent, critical path analysis, risk register discipline, and decision logs. You do not delegate the truth of the schedule to a coordinator
- Track record of moving engineering organizations, general contractors, and vendors you do not control. Influence without authority is the core mechanic of this role
- Proven ability to build, develop, and retain a team of program managers
