## About the role

We're hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build Tessera Mosaic, where AI agents work alongside people to transform how enterprises operate. You'll own meaningful product problems end to end, from intuitive interfaces for understanding and controlling agents to the data and backend systems that power them.

## What they're looking for

- Strong experience building production applications with React and TypeScript, paired with backend experience designing APIs and services in Node.js, Python, Java, or a comparable stack
- Strong data fundamentals and comfort working with relational data models, SQL, schemas, transformations, and the performance and reliability considerations of data-intensive applications
- The ability to take a feature from database to UI. You don't need to be equally deep everywhere, but you're comfortable moving across the stack and learning what you need along the way
- A track record of turning ambiguity into action: you define problems before solutions, ask good questions, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and iteratively ship rather than waiting for a perfect spec
- Strong product judgment. You seek to understand and challenge the "why," contribute ideas rather than simply implementing requirements, and balance speed with quality, security, and maintainability
- A collaborative, high-ownership approach. You communicate technical decisions clearly, contribute constructively to how the team designs and builds, and help other engineers do their best work
