We're hiring a Full Stack Software Engineering Intern to help build Tessera Mosaic, where AI agents work alongside people to transform how enterprises operate. You'll help drive product problems end to end, from interfaces for understanding and controlling agents to the data and backend systems that power them. ## What they're looking for

- Strong product sense. You think about the people using what you build and have ideas about how to make it better, whether you're working on the frontend or the backend
- Experience building software, through class projects, side projects, or a previous internship. Any language is fine
- You learn quickly and can make progress on a problem without being told exactly what to do. We care far more about how fast you're growing than where you're starting
- Some comfort with data, like SQL and how tables relate to each other, and a willingness to learn whatever a feature needs, from the database to the UI
- You explain your thinking clearly and ask questions early
- Proactively ask for help when blocked and communicate openly about challenges
