## About the role

Reporting to the Company’s General Counsel, Corporate Counsel will support the legal, business, and strategic real estate and corporate initiatives of the Company. This role will serve as a trusted legal advisor on a broad range of corporate transactional and commercial real estate matters, helping to drive transactions from inception through closing while providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance.

## What they're looking for

- Lead and support commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, land use, and development projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, licenses, development agreements, and other real estate-related contracts
- Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning and land use analysis, and assessment of environmental and regulatory matters
- Advise business stakeholders on real estate risks, transaction structures, and legal strategies to support company objectives
- Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and government agencies throughout the transaction process
- Support permitting, entitlement, and land use matters, as applicable
