## What they're looking for

- Proficiency in working with complex electrical systems, including control panels, motors, PLCs, sensors, and wiring in industrial settings
- Solid understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair integrated systems
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime in high-pressure environments
- Experience using diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment, and software for troubleshooting and system analysis
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team, coordinating with engineers, technicians, and project managers
- Valid United States Driver's License
