## What they're looking for

- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Geology, Engineering Geology or related discipline
- Anywhere from 1-10 years of experience working in rock mechanics, or in hard rock conditions (tunneling, mining). Candidates with more experience will given a title and compensation which is reflective of their skillset
- The position may require extended hours and weekend work
- This role is on site / in person in Nashville, TN (relocation will be supported)
- The position will require periodic work inside tunnels. Candidates should be comfortable with this
